Which Litter is the Deposit for?*

The deposit amount is $300.00 which goes towards the full price of the puppy. Puppies must be paid in full by the time they are 7 weeks old. If puppy is not paid in full by that time. Von Rothhaus has the right to resell the puppy to a new owner. ( unless previous arrangements have been made).If at any time you decide not to purchase the puppy your deposit is forfeited. If for any reason out of our control there is not a puppy for you then your deposit will be moved to the next available litter. PLEASE SIGN YOUR NAME BELOW TO CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ THE CONDITIONS OF THE DEPOSIT AND SALE AND THAT YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO ALL CONDITIONS. *

The Seller ( Breeder) I will place this deposit of $300.00 towards the purchase price to hold a puppy for you from the litter you have chosen above. If for any reason there is not a puppy available I will move the deposit to the next available litter that will be suitable for your family. I will also be here for you if you need any advice on training tips for your puppy or adult dog. Our interest is in making sure our puppies are in the best homes.

Thank you for completing our puppy application and our deposit contract. One your deposit has been received you will receive a receipt with the information on the litter you have chosen and the balance owing.

We will contact you when the litter is born and let you know if we have a puppy for you at that time.
